A: We accept PDF files up to 10MB. For audio narration, we accept MP3, WAV, or M4A files up to 5MB. Your poster can be any size or orientation - our viewer automatically adjusts to display it properly. Important: Make sure your PDF is not password protected.

A: You cannot replace the PDF file after submission. However, you can update or add YouTube video links and replace audio narration files through your management page. If you need to replace the PDF, you'll need to delete your poster and submit a new one.

A: Your poster remains online for one year from submission date. Before expiration, you'll receive an email with renewal options ($9.95/year). The management link remains active for 30 days after each use.

A: Yes. Use the "Remove Poster" button on your management page. This moves your poster to an archive and makes it inaccessible to the public. This action cannot be undone through the management page.

A: The Poster Management URL is your unique link to update your poster's video/audio content and view your coupon code. It's sent to your email after submission. Save this link - we cannot retrieve it if lost. The link expires after 30 days of inactivity but renews each time you use it.

A: Record your narration on any device (phone, computer, etc.) and save it as MP3, WAV, or M4A format (max 5MB). Upload it through your management page. Visitors can play your narration while viewing your poster. If you need a longer narration, create a Youtube video and submit it through your poster management page.

A: By default, yes. Your poster is indexed by search engines with proper scholarly metadata. If you prefer privacy, check the "Do not index" option during submission to prevent search engine indexing.

A: The QR code links directly to your poster's public page. Download it from your management page to add to conference materials, business cards, or the printed version of your poster. Anyone scanning it can instantly view your virtual poster.

A: The email address cannot be changed after submission as it's tied to your management system. However, this won't affect your poster's functionality. For future submissions, double-check your email before submitting. Contact emails on posters are handled through a contact form to protect your privacy.
